I would not have thought that if I make this recipe, I will use these vegan meatballs in other dishes but considering that 72 meatballs came out, being much more than I estimated, then I preferred to incorporate them in other recipes.
Although, this time I used breadcrumbs, next time I plan to grease them with oil for a different texture, similar to Swedish meatballs. As usual, the smoked paprika and garlic brought an intense flavor and gave them an absolutely delicious taste, of course combined with the rest of the ingredients.
Besides the fact that these vegan meatballs are healthy, they have lot of proteins and bring a fiber intake for a faster digestion, consuming a minimum of energy to let you enjoy other activities.
